Questions
Which servers does it cover?
DonutSMP and BagelSMP, with one subscription: it works on both sites alike. New servers are added as the scanner reaches them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Manage subscription button on this page. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged by mistake, Premium didn't work for you, or your yearly plan renewed and you tell us within 7 days. The Refund Policy, linked at the bottom of the menu, has the details.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's checkout. We never see your card details.
Why log in with Discord?
So your subscription follows you on any device without another password. We only see your username and avatar.
Do the bots affect the game?
No. They only open menus and read them, like a player browsing. They never buy, sell, trade or chat.
