How to flip items on DonutSMP
Three ways to turn a price gap into profit, and the mistakes that turn it into a loss.

Fill an order
Buy a listing and deliver it to a buy order that pays more. This is the safest flip, because the buyer is already waiting and you're paid on delivery.
The item has to be exactly what the order asks for. An enchanted copy can't fill an order for a plain one, so each enchant combo has its own page, listings and orders here.
Relist
Someone listed far under everyone else: buy it and list it again just below the next seller. You carry the risk until it goes, so stick to items that move, and don't assume the next-cheapest price is what buyers will really pay.
Craft
When the ingredients cost less than the finished item, buy them, craft it and sell it. Check you can get every ingredient at the listed price in the amount you need: the cheapest listing may only hold a few.
Before you spend
Look at the listing in game first. Our numbers come from the last read of the auction house, and a good flip can go within a minute or two.
Work out the total. A big profit each on one item is worth less than a small profit on thousands, and an order can fill before you get there.
Be wary of very high returns on thin items. They're usually one odd price rather than a real chance, which is why anything over 400% is left off the Flips page.
